I decided to buy these rather than the pocket wizards because of the price. Ultimately, i’m glad I did. They’re not perfect, but neither are the PWs.

My biggest issue is with the on-off switch. I’d much rather it be an actual switch rather than a button, and sometimes the button takes a few pushes to turn them on. I always manage to get them going without any problem, and part of me likes this issue because it helps prevent accidental turn-ons, but I’m always a bit nervous that one time it won’t turn on. Also, when my battery is dead, I can’t tell if the switch is acting up, or if I need to recharge them.

Regarding the build, it seems solid enough. Some people don’t like the antenna, but I don’t mind it. It seems durable enough. I haven’t had any misfires issues at all. I also like that they’re much smaller than the PWs.

All in all, I say it’s a better buy than the PWs because of the drastically lower price.

This pedometer is fantastic, After having such bad luck with previous pedometers–one broke when I dropped it, another was just impossible to figure out settings–I decided to give the Omron a try based on another amazon review.

Am I glad I did. First, the pedometer has a separate latch in addition to a belt hook, so today, when the belt hook detached from my jeans, the latch attached to my pocket caught it and it didn’t hit the floor. Second, the set-up is so simple, even I could do it!!! Third, it gives you both total steps and aerobic steps, so you don’t have to keep substracting your workout walk from your daily total. And fourth, you can stick it in your pocket if you want to and it actually works!!! No more trying to make sure that it is positioned directly above your knee.

The price is right and this is a wonderful product.

I love my Kindle, that’s all there is to it. For reading books, there is nothing better on the market in my mind. The Kindle is small enough to fit in my purse (good bye extra suitcase for books when I go on vacation) and light enough to read in bed without my arms getting tired. Also, the battery life is amazing (~2weeks without wifi) in fact, I usually don’t even pack the charger for short trips as the battery always lasts. My only complaint is that they do not have a lot of foreign language title books so I am still stuck buying some real paper ones.

When this film gets it right it really gets it right. And when it goes wrong… I’d say that a full 3/4s of the film is great. I can even isolate the bad bit. It’s everything that has to do with the romance. Everything that you need to know about it is said in the first five minutes but it drags on for about 30. I’d recommend skipping that section if you can. It does nothing except explain his exile. It should have been a minor plot point quickly thrust aside. Fortunately, the period from about 0-30 and 1:00-2:19 (The End) is excellent.

There are a number of excellent performances in this film, and an equal number of terrible ones. Just like everything else in this movie the acting is either perfect or terrible. Peter Ustinov as the slimy one-eyed slave Kaptah is perfect. It is one of his best performances, up there with his role in Spartacus. Victor Mature as the ambitious Horemheb is also perfect. Again, one of his best roles. Jean Simmons is wasted as Merit, the perfect girl in love with our hero John Carradine gives a nice supporting role as a philosophical grave robber; and Michael Wilding is excellent as Akhnaton, the idealistic pharaoh who tries to bring peace and monotheism to Egypt only to see it fall apart due to his unwillingness to fight. Now for the bad. Edmund Purdom as Sinuhe is sadly miscast. This is doubly unfortunate as he is the main character. The entire film revolves around him. He actually does rather good as the disillusioned exile and the wise old man. This is because of his sorely limited range. He doesn’t seem able to put any passion into his words. This is especially apparent during the love scenes which are beyond awkward. He spends the last half of the film as an old man, a performance at which he is decent enough at. He does have the perfect voice for the character. The less said about Bella Darvi as Nefer, the treacherous Babylonian woman, the better.

The costuming and sets are magnificent. This is the only film that I know of that a
THE EGYPTIAN Starring Jean

The subject matter of the book was disappointing. The writing was excellent but I did not enjoy it because of the subject matter. I should have read it in high school but waited too long and I seriously wanted to give that kid in the book a kick in the butt!
4 Wheel Off Road

Hi, I’m 37 years old, running Marathon and less.
I used the Garmin Forerunner 405 in the last 18 months and decided to replace it with
the Garmin 305 Forerunner (yes, you read correct – i bought the 305 over the 405)
and i am very happy.
I am much more satisfied now:
- The on-going pace is much more accurate,
- the screen is clear and easy to read (405 is too small)
- It synchronize with satelites faster
and above all:
- It is easy to use with push-buttons (thanks god i no longer need to use the “”touch screen”").

Yes, it is a little big and a little heavy, but this is surely neglected!!!
you get used to it by the 2nd run.
The only doubt you should have when thinking of buying the Garmin 305 is whether you are
willing to spend more money and get the Garmin 310x.
I decided not to, and i am good with it: By saving 200$ the meaningful lost is not having
a vibrating alarms. Which is a very good idea, but i can manage without it, and with the 200$ i saved :-)
Good luck and good run.

Unfortunately, I never received the book. I contacted the seller and he immediately responded and advised the item was shipped TWO days after the purchase. He confirmed the mailing address and since it was correct, it was assumed that it was lost in transit. The seller is in the process of giving me a refund. He was very kind.
Neoprene Sleeve Case Black

I adopted a dog recently (German Shepherd mix) and did not realize that I would be dealing with a triple coat of shedding! This brush helped remove all of the winter coat after a few good 10 minute sessions of brushing. Now she just has her summer coat and I can use a regular brush on her. This furminator definitely cut down on my frustration level of dealing with so much shedding!! PLUS, it works great on my indoor cat, no matter what the season is. Both of my dogs and my cat love how this brush feels too!! I am so glad that I bought it upon the suggestion of my friend who has two husky-mix dogs. Also, I bought medium size so it would work on my dogs and my cat. It’s a perfect size; I really don’t see why you would need the large, which is a bit pricier.

I ordered this for my Nuvi 765T. It’s a nice case, and I like the look, but it’s just a bit wider than it needs to be. I wish it was a little more slim.
