Is there anything left to be said about The Catcher in the Rye? All I want to add is that this edition comes in a neat little package; The font is old-school, stands out from the modern editions and is pleasant to read, while the dust jacket is matte, and has a nice feeling of velvet to it.

I was a little sceptical of this when we first got it as a gift. It looked to bulky to actually be practical, so we didn’t actually use it for a few months. But now after using it for almost a year, my wife and I are very satisfied with the product. We use it in two cars (Honda and Subaru) and and it has worked perfectly every time. No slipping, easy to use, and not as obtrusive as it appears. When not in use, we just stash the beanbag part under the seat or in a door pocket and put the GPS and plastic hardware in the glovebox. Thus, the tell-tale wrings from the windshield mount are gone, and potential thieves are none the wiser.

an HDMI cable under $10. isn’t that what this is about? I still remember the look on an associate’s face at a big box store trying to sell me a $60 cable. it was hard not to laugh.
I have had no qualms ever with purchasing an off-brand cable. they are so cheap that if it fails after 1 year i do not mind replacing. I think i only have one big brand cable in all my gear and that was a gift.

The cable works as expected. the price was right. end of story.

Wow, talk about a lack of instructions! I had nothing but trouble right out of the box. The first time I turned it on I got a picture of the iTunes icon with the USB plug pointing to it. Also, on the computer screen I got a window that said, “This iPod cannot be used because the required software is not installed…” It then tells you to uninstall iTunes and then reinstall which didn’t work. Not only didn’t it work but it didn’t work any of the 6 times I tried it!

I searched the internet and although I found a couple of sites that addressed this problem they called it a fatal flaw. After trying for 3 days I finally gave in to the fact that I was going to have to send it back. So, I tried one last thing, I downloaded iTunes onto my ancient 6 year old computer and as soon as I connected my iPod Touch to it, it opened right up and started working just fine. I got excited and went back to my 3 year old computer and connected it and WOW it worked there too! Since then everything has worked fine. So I’m still scared that this could happen again at any time but I haven’t had a single glitch.

I’ve read a few reviews about people having problems after 3 weeks, 3 months, or even 6 months after getting their iPod Touch. So why did I give it a rating of 4? Well, After the first, second, or third day I would have given it only one star but now that it has been working glitch free for a month now I’m VERY HAPPY with everything it does and everything I can do with it. I use it every day by plugging it into the headphone jack on the front of my car stereo. It’s plenty loud enough and works just fine. One of the reviews I read said that after only a few months the headphone jack on their iPod broke loose and didn’t work any more. I plug mine in several times a day and I haven’t had any problems.

Hope this helps because I struggled for 2 months over which MP3 player to buy because it seemed that every one had some bad reviews and the last thing I wanted was to buy one wi

I have been through multiple steam cleaners. All of which I was excited to purchase and get home but when I used them I ended up disappointed. When my latest Bissel bit the dust I had already made up my mind about certain features I expected out of my next machine.

1. Clean water tank and return tank had to be separate
2. Ease of use
3. Light weight and easy to carry up and down stairs
4. Multiple brushes
5. Great suction
6. Reasonably priced
7. Water remains hot

I’m a “hard” shopper. I review, review, review, compare prices and shop for the best value for my dollar. I must say I made the right choice with my Hoover SteamVac F5914-900! I am delighted with it. When I recieved it I removed it from the box and assembled it without help from my husband. It took me maybe 15 minutes. It is easy to fill and empty because the clean water tank and the return tank are seperate. (This is a must) I am also one who thrives on “instant satisfaction” and when I could actually see the nasty water being sucked into the return tank…well I had to call my husband to witness and celebrate what an awesome job this little machine was doing. Filling and emptying the tanks are done with ease. And, I can tell a big difference in the cleaning results of the carpet. I even use it on my hardwood and tile sometimes. The round rotating brushes work so much better than the forward spinning ones that are on most machines.

At first I was a little disappointed because it was awkward carrying up and down stairs. Then I figured out that you can grab it right above the clean water tank and it makes carrying it a lot easier. Another thing that I discovered is that if you find that it does not have suction, check your tanks to make sure they are seated correctly. If they aren’t you won’t have suction.

This is absolutley the best bang for your buck and a great little machine. I shopped locally and on the internet for the exact model and couldn’t find it for less than $189.00. I got the free shippin

I’ve used this case in the public swimming pool and it permits excellent stills and movies. Absolutely no leakage and, with the weight of the camera inside balanced with the air trapped inside, it floats with a slight downward trend. It didn’t bob to the top nor plummet to the bottom so if the wrist strap came off it could be easily retrieved.

Absolutely loved the book (audiobook actually). And I have more than a 6th grade education. Go figure.
Not having ever been in a 1930’s circus (especially since I wasn’t born until 1953), I can’t say whether or not the characters were true to life. I do know and have read extensively about cruelty to animals and am not surprised this sort of thing could happen in a 1930’s circus. It was a believable story to me and loved the ending.
I listened to the book on audiotape on my morning walks and I intend to buy a hard cover copy of the book because it is one I will reread again and want to keep in my library.

I received this scale really promptly. It seems solidly constructed unlike some scales I’ve stepped on. The “no tap on” feature is nice–you can just step on the scale and have it read your weight. The display is bright and very easy to read. I’m quite happy with this purchase.

YOU MUST READ THIS BOOK. It arrived quickly and in excellent condition. I read it in no time since each page was better than the last. I laughed, I cried, and it reminded me of my childhood when I went to the circus. I recommended it to our book club and several friends.
